Monochrome color with opaque and glossy finish, seamless, and a high covering power, it can be used to restore deteriorated floors or protect new floors. E4E-100 provides excellent resistance to abrasion and chemical resistance. E4E-100 meets all kinds of requirements such as durability, performance as well as aesthetics. Seamless plinths are optional with E4E-100 COVE. This seamless coating offers an unlimited choice of color, and a smooth or non-slip finish can be achieved using very fine to very aggressive aggregates. This system has been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). It meets LEED standards. E4E-100 also meets FDA and USDA requirements.

E4E Casting Epoxy is a 100% solid, two component epoxy casting system. It is used for mass castings with thicknesses greater than 1 inch. E4E Casting Epoxy is designed for casting, potting and embedding applications. The low color and low viscosity allow for bubble free, crystal clear castings ideal for art and hobby applications. E4E Casting Epoxy is formulated for a long gel time, with low exothermic heat buildup. E4E Casting Epoxy has a low VOC content, for user safety and reduced environmental impact. This Product meets FDA and USDA requirements.

E4E Quick Patch is a two-component fast cure crack filler, sag resistant structural epoxy system designed to repair vertical or horizontal cracks. It has excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, metal and plastics.

APPLICATIONS

• For cracks, saw cuts, small holes, masonry block joints etc. Using a trowel, spatula or other suitable equipment evenly spread the crack filler.
• Floor wall junction (ceiling wall junction or corner wall) Using a spatula spread a quantity of material (bead) and shape the bead with a round trowel spoon at the floor wall junction. Do not leave any excess material to avoid sanding (very difficult to sand).

It provides outstanding appearance, superior chemical, UV, and solvent resistance. It exhibits excellent physical properties. This system has been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). E4E-87-POLYFAST also meets FDA and USDA requirements.

E4E-100 VRM vapor reduction membrane is a 100% solid, two component epoxy coating, designed for controlling the moisture vapor emission rate on deteriorated or new floors. E4E-100-VRM meets ASTM F3010 product requirements for vapor permeance when applied at a thickness of 18 mils. The coating will control moisture vapor emission rates up to 25 lb. /24 hr. /1000 square feet. E4E-100-VRM provides excellent resistance to abrasion and chemical resistance. E4E-UR-A-FILL polyurea crack filler is two parts, high penetration, fast setting, hybrid polyurea for repairing and re-building, damaged concrete. The product is a 1:1 ratio, easy to mix system that is 98% solids and VOC compliant. The E4E-UR-A-FILL can be used to set anchor bolts, repair damaged control joints, fill spalling, and rebuild vertical curbing and steps. Sand or gravel can be added to extend the volume of the material and acts as filler for repairing large spalls, holes and cracks.

HIGH PERFORMANCE URETHANE is a three component aliphatic urethane floor finish that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering and UV stability.

STANDARD COLORS

Opaque clear/amber clear with color options using our urethane color packs. The colorants may be added at the ratio of 1 pint per gallon kit of the HIGH PERFORMANCE URETHANE product. However, the colorants may not impart a total hide over dissimilar colored basecoats and therefore, a basecoat must be applied in the same color before applying this product. Color packs available for this product line are white, off white, light gray, medium gray, charcoal gray, tile red, tan, light blue and blue. The clear is not suitable as a topcoat over colored systems.
